Clearly, Los Angeles Int'l Airport needs a haute cuisine Scandinavian restaurant called GravLAX.

No it isn't. It's a yummy thing to see twice. Salmon candy!

(which makes it all the more of a shame I have to limit my intake because of salt issues, but hey)
