That works, too, but what had happened was that I'd put a semi-colon between HREF and the link, rather than an equals sign. I also usually use Yahoo News as my Reuters source, although... do you know if alertnet has good retention policies? I know that some of my previous links are now dead because Yahoo kills them after a month or so.
