Me and sleep

It was a no-brainer to pick the answer, but it took a while to truly discover it.

Newspapering, the Army, machining, all wanted me to be up in the morning, and I can do it (so long as I get four hours or so, I can go for about 12 weeks before I hit the wall), but at night I am more awake, even when I have been pulling 18-20 hour days for weeks.

But, I dislike a night shift. I guess my ideal day is from about 0900-1000 to about 0001-0200.

I picked clicky thing because none of the above apply. I used to be a Night Owl but age and SSRIs have changed that. But Morning Lark isn't it either. Although I'm awake and willing to be up by 7 or 8 I'm not usually cheerful about it.
