As I mull it over, this almost seems like ye olde MAD magazine, where many parodies revolved around, "How do we make this Jewish?"
UPDATED TO ADD: The klezmer version of the Mad Men theme tune -- RJD2's "A Beautiful Mine" -- is a real ear worm. At least for me. Reminds me of the same effect the mariachi version of Player's "Baby Come Back" in the Swiffer ads has.
