Many pictures taken with the new Kodak DC4800 digital camera. (Say, 700 or so.) I'll probably be ordering new memory and a battery/charger combo tomorrow -- the camera makes photography both fun and cheap in a way I really didn't expect.
Being back in the States has been just plain odd. I don't feel like I'm home so much as I feel as if I'm in yet another foreign country, only this one is suffused with a roseate glow of deja vu. I have seen this place before, and done these very ordinary everyday things before, but it all seems like I've never been here before.
