libertangoI was just reminded (through someone's behavior) of the following joke.
Sir Arthur Eddington was a British physicist who... had a high opinion of himself, shall we say.
One time, he was doing a newspaper interview, and he was asked, "Sir Arthur, is it true that Einstein's new General Theory of Relativity has mathematics in it so fiendishly difficult that only three people in the world truly understand it?"
Sir Arthur got uncharacteristically quiet and thoughtful. This went on for some time, as Sir Arthur was also known for having a temper, and the reporter didn't want to needlessly interrupt him. Finally, though:
"Sir Arthur?"
"Quiet, you fool! I'm trying to think who the third one would be! Hmmm... There's me, Albert, and... ?"
