Actually, it's because I am semi-pissy about my privacy.

It isn't that I think it matters much, in the grand scheme of things, but some things are for one's intimates.

I knew you, if no one else, would remember, and say something, which is fitting and proper, but the whole world, well they don't need to know.

And, since I won't be available (we are leavig tomorrow for the Paria,in Utah, for some semi-definite chink of time, not to exceed the 3rd of July; last I heard), felicitations on your, impending, natal anniversary.
