Amusing titling

(Which is not to be confused with Titleist... But I digress.)

They just turned on the NCAA basketball tournament on the big screen TV in the room. Right now, the game is between Bradley and the Univ. of Pittsburgh. This means the little counter/scoring thingie at the corner of the screen says:

Cool global resource

I was over at the Foreign Affairs web site, browsing the series of very good articles they've brought out recently about Iraq. I clicked through there to the Council on Foreign Relations' web site -- the think tank that publishes Foreign Affairs -- and was munching on some of the global news aggregation stuff.

But the real find, imho, was http://www.globalvoicesonline.org/ This is a large list of blogs from around the world, organized by country. Nothing from Sweden (my current six weeks' wonder), but many, many others. A great resource for finding human voice commentary on a global scale.
