libertangoReading Doc Searls, I see there's a forest fire in the Los Padres National Forest called the Zaca Fire.
This is very close to Midland School, my alma mater (and the site of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
akirlu's and my wedding).
Sculptor John Cody, founder of the Cody Gallery in Los Olivos, lives down by the Sisquoc River, so he may already be burned out by now.
I just checked the other LJ'ers who list Midland among their schools, and found this relatively positive report from campus -- but it was posted yesterday.
Please keep them in your thoughts.
