Hrm. I can see why you might think so. But I can tell you that both Ulrika and I go, "Awww..." when we see it, because she looks so happy to us. In fact, I'm using this image currently as my desktop.
Maybe it's the Halti? Because that's not a muzzle, and some folks get confused on that. It's more like a horse halter.
