When we took Kaylee to the vet just after we got her, the first week of November, she weighed 42.4 lbs.

I just got back from another weighing. 51.7 lbs. So +22% of her old weight in seven weeks.

I thought she was growing.

Holy cow! Nine pounds? I was prepared to believe she was bigger but I wouldn't have guessed it was that much.
