urlgirl correctly said, the woman in the mohawk of color is Emma Thompson. Maggy didn't ID the fellow behind her -- unsurprising, he's usually not on camera. That's Ben Elton, who wrote much of the entire Blackadder canon, and is credited with many of the scripts for the show this cap comes from -- 1983's Alfresco. That would make Thompson 24 in this picture. Elton would also go on to be Verges, the assistant constable, in Branagh's Much Ado About Nothing.
