It's cold in Seattle.

Damned cold.

How cold?

Dagens Nyheter says it's 7 degrees in Stockholm (Celsius, of course). The Seattle Times says it's 4 degrees (via their nifty instant Celsius conversion page).

Tomorrow's forecast: Stockholm 10; Seattle 4.

Good to know. I dodged a trip next week, but it looks like I'll be in town around the 28th. Pack winter woolies then.

Sorry, it will probably be years before I'll start to consider anything near freezing (0 C, or 32 F) to be very cold.

Now, 4 F, that would start to be a problem.

OTOH, I've found my new house, thermostat set at 72 F, to be uncomfortably chilly for inside. I'm guessing it's the higher humindity here, as opposed to my hometown of Chicago.
