Steamed vegetarians over rice

Meg points to a very interesting use of a Flickr: a recipe for a vegetarian dinner, illustrated with step-by-step photos.
This is where I think a lot of the movement is going to come from regarding material written by everyday folks: As the the more pro-like tools get in the hands of said folks, the quality of presentation will improve. The distinguishing factor won't just be access to the tools anymore. (And yes, that's not original to me -- Freff said it first, years ago {and his domain seems to be down})

The title of this post goes back to a restaurant in the San Fernando Valley. Their menu was... memorable. :)
