Hm. Could I pick Regency England, please, with a back door to 21st C. medicine?

This is still far from the all-time champion, which would be to spell "Seattle" this way:

I'm not kidding. I saw that in a customer database once, in the city field. Took me more than a few blinks before I recognized where it was.
