Caillebotte and "Charade": separated at birth?

I was just watching Charade and noticed a particular shot.

The camera angle is almost certainly deliberate, given the people who made that film.

A film that is a dizzying delight to watch for the Impressionist pictures framed and reframed throughout is French Can-Can by Jean Renoir, featuring figures from his father's paintings as minor characters.

Lovely juxtaposition. Nice side-by-side like that because the Caillebotte is blue-greenish and the still is pinky-peachish in overal tonal quality.

And yes, there is clearly a family resemblance.
