Apparently, Mr. Kerry said something when he thought the mike was off.

Specifically, he said the Bush Administration is, "the most crooked ... lying group I've ever seen."

Bush-Cheney campaign chairman Marc Racicot went on to issue the standard we-agree-with-you-but-you're-a-putz-for-saying-the-truth-to-the-rabble non-denial-denial this Administration does so often:

"Senator Kerry's statement today in Illinois was unbecoming of a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America..."

Besides, here's a guy who's willing to speak the truth even when he doesn't think the mike is on. You'll never catch Jorge falling for anything as naive as that! What do you think he is, a public servant, or something?

When I heard the first part of this on NPR this morning, I thought, "Oh no..." Then I heard what Kerry had said, and laughed. Far better than a racial slur or something of that ilk, I'd say!
